Job Description::
· Engineering leadership experience with small agile groups (3-5)
· Strong Experience with large-scale distributed systems and client-server architectures
· Extremely hands-on technically sound development skils in Java/J2ee technologies
· Aggressive Refactoring
· High comfort level with Unix
· Object Oriented Programming and Service Oriented Architecture design.
· Strong experience on Jenkins(create/maintain Jenkins jobs)
· Extremely strong with Spring framework
· Extremely good hands on experience with creating and consuming REST services
· Very good understanding of JSON message exchange formats
· Strong experience in Agile environments and test driven development
· Very good written and oral communication skills and confidence
· Experience as a Technical Lead on a complex distributed systems project
· Experience with Cloud Computing platforms (e.g. Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google App Engine, Hadoop, etc.)
· Pair Programming (Social skills)
· Test Driven Development (TDD)
· Infrastructure Automation (Chef in particular)
· Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit and JBehave in particular)
