Technical/Functional Skills Required Skills:
1) CMMI Process Awarness
2) Hands on – Process Compliance and execution
3) Work at Client Site for CMMI process Maturation and maintenances
Experience Required 3 to 5
Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities:
Work on CMMI compliant processes that comprise organization's set of standard Process objects
Participate in Sustainment of organization's engineering and management Processes to support CMMI Appraisal
Participate in continuous improvement and optimization of organization's CMMI compliant processes through enhancements and new process development.
Participate and performs process program management by initiating, planning and monitoring
Significant process changes from a development and enhancement perspective.
Support SEPG chairperson with Process activities in CMMI appraisal
