Duration: 6-12 months

Please see the JD below. Client is looking for someone with strong technical background with proven IT analysis experience. Also be willing and comfortable working with offshore teams, QA teams, business teams etc.

Minimum 6+ years of experience as IT Analyst/BA.

Responsibilities & duties / Work experience & skills :

1. Candidate should be comfortable wearing different hats. IT Analysis, Use cases writing, Assessing User Needs, Testing and Communication.Job history of IT or IT Analysis work required.
2. Should be able to conduct analysis, user focus groups, user surveys.
3. Requirement Elicitation, Use case building.
4. Understand and convert business requirements into functional requirements.
5. Making sure that the solution recommended is feasible and competitive.
6. Documentation of workflow/process.Documenting and analysing the required information and data.
7. Understanding and reviewing technical designs as well as the specifications.
8. Evaluating the data and information gathered
9. Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients
10. Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams
11. Prepare the Unit and integration test cases
12. Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions
13. Participate in releases and Go-Live activities
14. Good Analytical skills to resolve IT issues
15. Should be a quick learner and self-starter.

Good to have:
1. Excellent Communication Skills.
2. Knowledge of video domain
3. Any Java HTML UI exp a plus.
