Mandatory Functional Skills
1. Expertise in SAP MM/WM excellent knowledge on Integrated functionality..
2. Minimum 2+ Years Domain Experinece in Inventory ,Manufacturing and Procurement.
3. 2 End to End Implementation and Rollout and support experience.
4. Work Experience in SAP MM WM business process , testing,debug & Test.
5. Interface Goods movement in Warehouse and Inventory managed locations.
6. Developing Handling Unit Management in warehouse managed Locations.
7. Develop RF for Outbound and Inbound deliveries in warehouse managed location.
8. Interface expsosure with EDI for PO and ASN's
Desirable Functional Skills 1. Working with clients team
2. Preferred Techno-Functional Consultant for Requirements understanding and translating into FS/TS.
3. Co-ordinate with offshore team.
4. Experience in PP,QM functionality is added advantage.
5. Extrensive knowledge on Interface with PKMS is needed
6. Interface experience with Shop floor applications and work flow will be added advantage

3.Integration check points between OM & PA Payroll interface – Gross calculation in SAP and Net Calculation in 3rd party vendor and again transferring net calculation results to SAP. 4.Time evaluation and Payroll evaluation
5. Excellent knowledge in US payroll Schema, PCR etc..

SAP BI/BOBJ Architect
Mandatory Technical Skills
• B.S. or M.S in Computer Information Systems or similar
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of SAP Experience with at least 6 years of SAP BI experience
• Strong knowledge in SAP BW and BO with experience in SAP ECC, CRM and HCM. ABAP knowledge is a plus.
• Experience leading at least one full-lifecycle Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing project.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
Desirable Technical Skills
• SAP BW or BO Certification is a plus
Mandatory Functional Skills
• Has Developed and maintained the overall technical architecture and standards for SAP Business Information Warehouse and Business Objects BI platform.
• Designed and Developed SAP BI/BW Applications from Requirement Gathering, Blue Printing, Data Modeling, ETL, Queries and Reports.
• Managed customer engagement for full BI project and Capability to manage a team.
• Assessed and managed BI performance optimization efforts
• Been Accountable for the BI Solution Architecture, stability and sustainability.
• Responsible for solution design best practices, and leveraging all available tools.
• Contributed toward evolving company’s analytical self-service/ad hoc reporting capabilities using existing or future toolsets
• Participated and developed BI landscape strategy including optimal setup to support multiple/parallel project deliverables.
• Developed ongoing methods to deliver BI governance metrics (i.e. usage, memory, space, queries, etc.)
• Developed prototypes in various BI tools for capability assessment and demonstrations.

General Administration Activities
SAP system Load balancing and Workload analysis
SAP Transports and STMS related activities.
Installing add on and upgrading kernel patches and support packages.
SAP Solution Manager Administration.
Performance tuning.
Re-organization of tables and DATA Archiving
Performance Tuning (SAP and Database Memory Management),
Analysing of EWA Reports and tune the SAP System and DB parameters accordingly.
SAP System refresh/ Homogeneous copy.
Batch job Administration.
Support patches handling, Upgrade, EHP install, Kernel upgrade. security patches and apply SNOTE
Co-ordinating with OS, DB and Backup team to ensure the smooth running of SAP system.
