Job Title     MS SharePoint Architect (2010 ,2013, O 365)
Relevant Experience (Yrs)     10-15 Years
Technical/Functional Skills     SharePoint Architect will oversee and participate in the architectural design, development, customization and integration of enterprise solutions involving Collaboration, Document management, Workflow, Business Process and Forms, custom application for Azure platform and Business Intelligence (BI) on SharePoint 2013 , O 365 and experience in on premise and cloud hosted deployment.

Profile needs to demonstrated ability to manage a large scale deployment of SharePoint and integrate other technologies as necessary. Architecture, design, develop and hosting on Azure. Provide assessment and approach for custom application development, migration of adobe flex application to SharePoint.
Major Technical Skills
 Expertise in Microsoft Enterprise solutions including SQL Server, IIS and .NET
 Experience in designing and performance tuning Microsoft processing platforms
 Experience in configuration management tools like VSS,TFS and also on deployment tools and scripting using power shell
 Success as a DBA in an MS SQL Server environment
 Sharepoint integration experience a plus
 Extensive Solution and Architect experience on Azure, SharePoint 2010 , 2013 & O 365
 ASP.NET, C#, ADO.Net, Web Services, WCF, Ajax, SQL Server,
 Experience in working on migration tools
Use of tools like
 SharePoint Designer
 Visual Studio Team System
 Visio / Design tool
 ERWIN / Data Modeling tool

SharePoint Architect should have strong experience on following
 Experience implementing different industry accepted Design Patterns and authoring technical design documents
 Experience in designing, development and deployment of Azure based application
 Hands on experience on database, workflow design for complex programs
 SharePoint Designer, WSS, InfoPath, Visio, and workflow creation
 Strong experience in Enterprise collaboration practices, Designing Portal, Web content management governance, document management, information architecture
 Good Understanding the farm configuration, architecture, and installation of Application Services such, Excel, PerformancePoint, Managed Metadata, Business Connectivity, Azure development, debugging and hosting environment
 SharePoint Globalization and Localization
 Demonstrate application performance improvement techniques and best practices
 Physical topologies and services architecture
 Integration to line of business and 3rd party systems; client application services deployment
 Agile delivery methods; strong development background with the .NET framework
 Infrastructure assessment and  capacity planning for custom  development/ migration
 Provide migration approach and identify risk
Total Experience Required     10-15 yrs
Roles & Responsibilities    
 Develop overall sever topology for Aiolos
 Assist with evaluation of cloud vs dedicated infrastructure
 Lead performance measurement, tuning and load balancing efforts
 Collaborate with JCI Corp on server configuration and related topics
 Support Aiolos .NET development teams
 Establish and implement proper SQL Server strategy
 Strategy for application high availability and DR
 Perform Microsoft patching as required
 Support Single Sign On security initiatives
 Infrastructure assessment and  capacity planning in support of application development efforts
 Other duties as assigned
