Sr Developer Tableau

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
• 5-6 years of experience in BI Implementation across domains and across technologies.
• Extensive experience in the development, design, analysis and Implementation of various applications using Tableau reporting
• Expertise in development of visually rich dashboards using Tableau
• Experience in performing upgrade, Maintenance, Performance tuning of the Tableau applications
• Connected with Tableau organization and supported Projects with the current features of Tableau
Roles and responsibility
•Lead Tableau Design and Developer role.
•Agile development experience is a plus
•Can be comfortable working independently with our business partners to gather requirements and deliver analytics/dashboards.
• Over 2 years of experience in building visually rich dashboards and reports using Tableau
• Leveraged Tableau desktop and server to build reports and dashboards for the global business units of the customer
• Well versed in Tableau Architecture, working on multidimensional Data sources, metadata, Customized SQLs, Tableau Data Extract command line utilities, APIs,
• Possess excellent analytical, logical, communication skills, familiar with the SDLC methodology of system development.
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
• Strong Interpersonal and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment including the ability to work collaboratively with business users, IT staff, other vendors and various levels of management
