Relevant Experience 7+ years
Technical/Functional Skills
• Sound understanding of SD function areas in ECC6.0 & R/3 4.7:
o Pricing
o Sales Order Processing
o Debits/Credits/Returns
o Billing
o Credit Management
o Vistex
o Collections Management
o VAT & Intrastats
o Allocations
o Localization
• Excellent knowledge of the interfacing needs with FICO (GL, AR, FSCM) – is required
• Understanding of LE & WM is a desirable
Experience Required
• At least 3 E2E Implementations and experience in handling Production Support
• Business Analysis experience; O2C process analysis, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, application mapping
• Excellent analysis and design, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
• Should have good cross module knowledge and ability to resolve issues and implement changes keeping the impact on dependent modules
• Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must
Roles & Responsibilities
• Work on requirement gathering, design and provide solutions for business requirements
• Communicate effectively with end users in a multinational environment
• Work with other functional and technical teams in resolving issues
• Adherence to client configuration standards
• Work with Offshore/Near-shore teams
• Handover/Takeover of work
• Good team player
