HR Analytic Lead

 

Work Location   Plano, TX

Duration              12 Months

 

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills 

1. 6-8 Years of Solid experience leading the development and deploying Oracle HR Analytics

2.  One of two of Oracle BI  applications (Finance and HR Analytics) and must have experience deploying multi-terabyte Data Warehouses.

3. Strong experience in Oracle Data Warehouse and Data integration using Informatica and DAC. Knowledge of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) is an added bonus

4. Strong technical leadership and communication skills. Ability to lead both onshore and offshore teams.

5. Ability to review the technical work of less senior ETL developers, provide direction and resolve problems of high complexity

6. Oracle Database Architecture/Design / Performance Tuning Experience"

Roles and responsibility               

1. Interacts with business clients to design, develop, test and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.

2. Providing guidance and mentorship to new/junior ETL developers.

3. Works closely with BI architect, data architect, test lead and DBA in the delivery of the Oracle Analytical Data Warehouse.

4. Works closely with project manager to develop work plan for Data Warehouse projects and keep the manager aware of any issues.

5. Coordinate with offshore team to assign tasks & monitor until closure."
