Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills

2. Target TPH process

3.Mobile/Cloud base Performance Testing experience is a must.

4.2+ years of experience in on load runner/shunra/batch testing required.                                                                                                                                                                                    

5.Should have lead atleast 1 big programme from perf. Testing front                                                                                                                                                                                        6. Overall 6+ years of experience in testing arena and out of which 3+ years of experience is must as Test lead managing a team of 5+ people

Roles and responsibility               

General Expectations:

• Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC processes.

•Should be strong in reviews, processes, task management for self and team.

•Demonstrate ability to create domain specific solutions, and lead client discussions in the same and to plan a roadmap for the solution.

•Ensure implementation and maintenance of quality systems within the group, peer reviews and task allocation.

•Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis

•Lead the planning and execution of test strategies for moderate to complex.

•Very good problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and trouble-shooting skills.

•Manage project related documentation (test plans, test results, testing status report, MOM, etc.)

•Keeps team, key stakeholders and others apprised of necessary information. Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.

•Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to stakeholders.

•Manage project change in accordance with the change management plan to control scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts.

•Manage key relationships and   stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

•Utilize project management tools, methods and best practices to assemble project test plans that align project with expectations of sponsors and stakeholders, and meets business needs.

•Quick Learner and should be able to understand logical complex business scenarios.

Should be ready to take up aggressive scheduled releases.  

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills      Performance Testing Knowledge

Total experience in required skill (years)              

6+ year and 2 years in Performance Testing Lead experience
