Top Skills required:  Java development skills to writer automation scripts  Design and architect of automation scripts  Selenium Lead Experience leading QA Automation Teams   Description: 1.     Supervise a team of Test and QA Automation engineers on test automation development, execution tasks, and related projects, as assigned.   2.     Lead/contribute in establishing, revising, and enhancing technical automation framework and coding standards, tools, processes, and procedures; 1.     using object oriented programming techniques with Java/J2EE 2.     maintaining and enhancing modular framework design 3.     leveraging, as needed, multiple test automation tools such as Silktest and Selenium, at the GUI level, and JSON calls at the Web Service layer 4.     accounting for execution performance, maintainability, reusability, portability, and stability. 3.     Lead/contribute in establishing, revising, and verifying quality standards, processes, and procedures for company process improvement plans (CMMI, Six Sigma, PEP, etc.)
