Looking for a strong application Project Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
Optum requires XAP (Cross Applications Manager) to own the financial
management aspect of the program
Make sure the estimates are managed to the budget. If not on track, going
back to business to present for more funding / cutting scope
Will be given a road map vision from the business and they are responsible
for executing against the budget
Funding is tracked and reported back on a weekly basis
Another Key function of both roles is maintaining the relationship with the
business.
Ask how often they interacted with the business how you operated with them
Should have been at least once a week / at Optum will be dealing with
business on a daily basis
Need previous experience of managing large budgets and complex projects
Doing so while handling the relationship with the business
Ability to gain business knowledge
Candidates should have a sharp business acumen
