Job Title : IBM WTX Developer

Location – Pleasanton, CA
Duration : 12+ Months

 

Technical/Functional Skills:
- Development Experience in

         IBM WMB8.0

         IBM MQv7.0

         IBM WTX 8.4

         TIBCO Foresight product suite

- Strong written and verbal communication 
- Experience in development for complex applications on time and within budget 
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced software development/support environment 
- Production Support Experience

 

Experience Required: 10+ Yrs.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serves as Problem Manager for technical issues requiring in depth analysis and resolution.

• Debug production defects/issues related to IBM WMB8.0 Message flows, MQv7.0.

• Debug production defects and issues related to IBM WTX 8.4 maps.

• Debug production defects and issues related to TIBCO Foresight product suite.

• Post-deployment and validation support for any reported production issues or defects.

• Support application, system, and integration testing within the deployed environment (Production and Production support).

• Interact with Release Management, Configuration Management, Quality Assurance, Architecture Support, Database Support, other Development teams and Operations as required.

• Provides performance feedback on team and may develop performance improvement plans.

• Oversees development of project plans related to complicated production support issuers, including estimated requirements and level of effort (LOE).

• Through initiated meetings and weekly reports, ensures communication of project status and issues within team, with direct management and across functions involved in project.

• Conducts work activities to support project objectives and team, including system analysis, coding, enhancements, testing, program/application/system maintenance and debugging.

• Identifies potential issues and develops preventive action plans.
