Our client requires a senior level Business Analyst to support the program areas and the project teams with business assessments, business case development, requirements gathering, process mapping, process re-engineering, use case development, test case development and other tasks as assigned.
Required skills
-Requirements gathering, work groups, design, development and project delivery working with multidisciplinary matrix teams (both technical teams and business teams)
-Project management and / or project coordination experience
-Experience with modern interactive web requirements
-Experience with client facing web content projects (websites serving the public) or web application projects or both
-Experience with information architecture design experience
-Experience with working with social media and / or mobile
-Experience working with web analytics, reporting and performance testing methods
-Exp.
