Job Description:
- Project Management ( Project Plan, Schedule Management, Risk Management, Status Reporting, Publish Minutes of Meeting)
- Support and manage all application and system upgrade activities and plan, including Teradata,Oracle, BO, Tableau, Portal, and Framework services
- Work with Product managers to support all upstream upgrade activities and impact analysis
- Should have strong SQL querying knowledge
- Work with users to understand their needs and articulate that through requirement and functional specifications, and through playback sessions
- Perform data analysis pertinent to the business problem and develop knowledge of a specific business domain over time, and become a SME
- Serves as the conduit between the end users and the development team
- Attend design reviews conducted by technical team and ensure that business requirements are being met
- Perform functional QA to ensure the solutions are tested properly and signed off by key users
- Manage project documentation including requirements, functional specifications, test plans, presentations, user documentations and training materials
- Strong oral and written communication including ability to create Keynote/PowerPoint presentations and good in negotiation
- Experience in working with onsite-offshore teams
Required Skills:
· Minimum ten years of experience performing PM role with strong background in business analysis and technology
· Experience in working directly with Business stakeholders as representative of IT team
· Analytical with ability understand and interpret the business data
· Strong oral and written communication including ability to create Keynote/PowerPoint presentations and good in negotiation
· Teradata Programming
· SQL querying experience
· Team player (very important) and be able to work independently with little supervision.
· Data warehouse tools and technology such as Business Objects, Oracle, Teradata
· Experience in working with onsite-offshore teams
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in one or more of Sales, Finance, Retail and Campaign Management domains
· PMP certification
