Description:
This is a BI Functional Analyst not a Developer role.
The ideal candidate will aid in developing data roadmaps to support the OFSAA product launch and evolving business needs.
Ideal candidate can provide guidance on Business Metrics and KPI concepts.
- Experience with Oracle OBIEE / BI;
- Experience with projects that centered on transforming internal and external data into actionable business information;
- Experience in supporting existing and ad hoc business data needs;
- Ability to identify, create and develop requirements around useful business analytics, dashboard views, decision algorithms and management summaries (not Development and Tech Architecture / Design);
- Assist in the implementation of performance measurement tools, including KPI's, scoreboards, dashboards and other financial models;
- Participate and provide subject matter expertise to Design Team;
- Design and contribute to development of processes to integrate system data into existing financial planning processes;
- Excellent interpersonal communications and the ability to present ideas in a user friendly format;
- Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks;
- Proven analytical skills and a natural interest towards analytical activities and investigation;
- Ability to absorb and retain information quickly and effectively transfer knowledge;
- Ability to be persuasive, encouraging, influential and to motivate others as well as work with various levels of business and technical staff.
