Location – Charlotte,NC
Duration – 6 Month Contract to Hire

Description:
· Provides IT leadership ensuring the effective identification, execution, communication, and on-going support of critical technology projects and services
· Aligns business and IT strategies to enhance productivity and drive continuous improvements throughout the organization
· Works to communicate and understand concerns related to IT alignment across departments.
Helps clear roadblocks and ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.
· Uses business analysis techniques and business cases to define high-level product features and desired service levels for existing and emerging IT offerings.
· Leverage improvements in business relationship management to increase business satisfaction with IT and transform the IT-business relationship into a collaborative partnership.
· Thorough understanding of Great Plains to support the various functional groups is a must.
· Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, synthesizing complex or diverse information. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints by providing honest and
objective feedback. Ability to communicate with persuasion and effectiveness in both positive and negative situations. Oversee or directly manage project teams and communicate changes and progress.
· Reasoning Ability: Ability to logically define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Uses intuition and experience to complement data. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of
business and technical scenarios and analysis the impact of changes.
· Computer Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, including Visio and PowerPoint. Solid understanding of available development platforms and options.
