Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in a technically related field of study (or equivalent experience).
· Must have at least 7 - 10 years of progressively responsible experience as a Business Systems Analyst working with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies.
· Demonstrated experience in understanding how to identify and document current state, project scope and requirements using SDLC methodology.
· Proven ability to lead complex efforts.
Other Traits, Characteristics & Experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong background and experience with CCM projects.
· Knowledge of the Banking industry and related business processes.
· Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
· Independent, self-directed problem solver.
· Project management experience.
Role 2:
Job Title: Technical Business Analyst with some Networking Background.
Location: Spring Valley, NY
Duration: 6 - 12 months
· The Business Analyst (BA) with solid Telecom background.
· Networking background / experience (Cisco / Juniper etc)
· Primary task will be Analysis of Business Requirements, developing User requirements, participating is high level System flow design, acting as liaison between filed and development team.
· Assisting with UAT, field visits and providing post implementation support .
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Computer Science with 10+ years telecom experience
- Provides estimates, coordinates projects and provides input to the overall general planning process for assigned business unit
- Reviews, evaluates, designs, implements and maintains company database[s]
- Identifies data sources, constructs data decomposition diagrams, provides data flow diagrams and documents the process
- Writes codes for database access, modifications, and constructions including stored procedures
- Develops and reviews project plans, identifies issues, resolves issues, and communicates status of assigned projects to users and manager
- Gathers requirements, builds logical models and provides quality documentation of detailed user requirements to Development for the design and development of systems
- Directs quality of entire systems ensuring that the systems meet the needs of the Business Unit through user acceptance testing.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook Self starter, works well with others, excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
· Ability to work under pressure and meet regulatory deadlines
Role 3:
Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Findlay OH
Duration: Long Term
Rate: $58/hr. on C2C All Inclusive
Need Green Card/Citizens Only
Requirements:
· 10+ years of total IT experience as a Business Analyst or a Business Systems Analyst.
· Familiarity with application development in Microsoft Technologies, or cloud-based applications.
· Experience in writing business requirements and functional specifications for windows, web, and mobile applications.
· Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria for scrum based projects.
· Familiarity with analysis and design of MES Systems and Supply Chain Applications.
· Should have worked with onsite/offshore teams (offshore development model)
· Experienced in formal SDLC methodologies (waterfall and Agile Methodologies preferred)
· Effective communication skills (able to communicate with senior management and key stakeholders)
· Experience with TFS, Clarity, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint for user story creation, requirements tracking, and project management.
