Job Description 

Mandatory Skills (MANDATORY)	Oracle Webcenter, ADF and Java/J2EE
Desired Skills	Oracle Identity Management, SOA and Content Management

The Web Center ADF Developer is responsible for migrating the Support Site platform from Oracle WebLogic to Oracle WebCenter and developing new site features and capabilities in the ADF framework

- Demonstrated experience customizing out of the box ADF components; 
- Demonstrated experience creating task flows in Oracle ADF; 
- Past work experience building websites used by parties external to the hosting organization
- Strong Java and Object Oriented software development and design skills;
- Experience working with UI designers and developers;
- Demonstrated capability to understand business requirements, assess options for meeting those requirements and deliver sound, robust solutions.
- Track record of contributing to and complying with architectural standards.
- Experience working with Agile development methodology including participation in sprint planning, grooming and daily standups and other Agile ceremonies.

For Developer Positions:  6 to 8 years of experience in the skills and ability described above. Developers should be able to operate independently and reliably.

Nice To Have :
Familiarity with identity management technologies
Familiarity with SOA technologies and enterprise content management solutions.
