Sr. Java Developer (8+ Years Required)
Palo Alto, CA

Requirements:
Expert in the Java language with at least 8+ years of experience writing code in core Java
Object Oriented design concepts such as encapsulation and polymorphism
Quick Study
Excellent problem solving skills, Ability to debug complex systems
Excellent communication skills
Able to take high level direction, and work on their own.
Well versed in Object Oriented Analysis and Design
Familiarity with basic data structures and their traversals
Understanding of the fundamentals of algorithms and their analyses
Understanding of threads and writing thread safe code
Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, SQLServer and SQL language
Experience with waterfall and Agile development methodologies
Use of testing frameworks
Source code control systems
Other specific knowledge (nice to have):
Configuration or rules based system experience
Expert systems
Web servers
Servlets and JSP
Spring
Hibernate
