Location: Austin, TX
Start Date: ASAP
C2C Rate: ~$45-47/hour

Interview mode: Phone/Skype

Estimated Duration: 8+ months

Remote or Onsite: On location at the Client's site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.
Additional Information: Health Care and Benefits Available. Successful Completion Bonus is Available.
Description: Contractor will work to produce an HTML-based graphical user interface for a website showcasing a linear process that assists transitioning soldiers with translating their military skills and training into common civilian language and relevant job opportunities.

Requirements:

·  Experience developing web applications, web and Windows services using Microsoft C# and Microsoft .NET Framework (5+ years);

·  Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (5+ years);

·  Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) development;

·  Experience with Stored procedures or T-SQL for IIS 6.0;

 
Preferred skills:

·  Experience with Java Enterprise (J2EE) and Linux, Apache web-based applications and/or batch processes;

·  Experience with J2EE and multi-tiered web application development with Model View Controller (MVC) frameworks;

·  Experience with WebSphere or JBOSS;

·  Experience with Extensible Markup Language (XML), HyperText Markup Language (HTML) with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS);

·  Experience with Java Server Pages (JSP);

·  Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio;

·  Experience with Eclipse;

·  Experience with Decision modeling (tables/trees) for use in Drules/Rules;
