Job Description:-
IT Quality & Compliance Specialist
· Review and approve service and solution deliverables based on Service Lifecycle Management (SLM), Solution Development Life Cycle (SDLC), or relevant risk based process.
· Work with compliance and customer groups to identify compliance gaps, conduct risk assessments and define and implement remediation plans.
· Apply standard and novel approaches and methodologies to successful RM&C project completion.
· Support the analysis of quality data in order to identify and lead targeted continuous improvement efforts to improve operational process effectiveness.
· Participates in routine reporting on the state of compliance within customer functions
· Support customer in achieving measurable compliance improvements.
· Collaborate with internal RM&C operations and customer organizations to implement metrics and standard reports used to identify service improvement opportunities.
· Assure audit awareness & inspection readiness of customer operations and provide coaching / guidance as a compliance expert
Main Requirement:
· Experience interpreting internal and external regulatory requirements (GxP, SOX, CFR 21 Part 11) for inclusion within shared services design and platform technologies solution engineering and operations.
· Experience with having supported or led audits and having developed/managed remediation plans
· Experience or certification in the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 Framework is preferred.
