Position: COBOL Developer
Location: Raleigh, NC

Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience
IBM z/OS Required 10 Years
COBOL/CICS/DB2 Required 10 Years
CICS Web Services Highly desired 5 Years
ENDEVOR Required 10 Years
CA DB2 Products Required 5 Years
DMV Application Systems Highly desired 2 Years
Business Systems Analysis Required 5 Years
Development and support for the State Titling and Registration System (STARS) application for the NC DMV focused on the implmentation of legislative mandates and other major functional enhancements.
Candidates must posses a thorough knowledge of programming techniques, programming languages and the capabilities / limitations of a computer; through knowledge of the principles of computer programming, testing, debugging, implementation, and documentation;
Demonstrated experience with analysis and design is essential; effective oral and written communication skills; ability to establish and maintain good working relationships; strong analysis and programming skills; ability to resolve highly complex problems.
Also, experience with the following: COBOL, CICS, DB2, TSO, WEB Service Development, IBM z/OS operating systems, JCL, CA DB2 products, ENDEVOR, SQL, VSAM, Microsoft Office Suite, Exposure to DMV applications systems is a plus.
