Job Description:
· Full lifecycle development of Tableau reports
· Works with Business to gather reporting requirements
· Performs data analysis, data reconciliation and data retrieval from various systems along
· with identification of data gaps and data quality issues
· Writes complex SQL to provide large composite enterprise reports
· Uses Tableau Report Writer to build drillable Tableau reports
· Utilizes Infoview to schedule reports, provide user access, etc
Must Haves:
· Strong SQL/Database development skills
· Working experience with an enterprise BI tool (Crystal, Cognos, OBIEE, Micro strategy, BOXI)
· Great communication & leadership skills
· Experience working independently
· Familiar with Agile/Iterative development environments
Nice to Haves:
· Experience working with all types of Reports
· Business Objects Administration/Infoview experience
· Experience working in large DW environments (1+ TB of Data; Tables with 1BB+ rows)
· utilizing an MPP database (Netezza and Hadoop Preferred)
· Experience working with Oracle OLTP databases
· Good overall database background including working on OLTP, OLAP, MOLAP databases
· Good overall technology background including BI, custom application development (Java,
· C, .net, others), application server mgmt/administration, application suppot
