Position: Hadoop Technical Support Lead
Location: Tampa, FL
Contract Position
5-8 years Experience
• Act as the coordination point for all engineering support activities.
• Provide L3 engineering support for Hadoop, Platfora, Datameer, Revolution Analytics, OFSAA and Tresata to the L1/L2 operational support organizations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot L3 engineering support requests and provide resolutions.
• Analyze health of the Hadoop clusters and coordinate with operations for necessary tuning or stabilization changes.
• Enforce change management control policies and ensure adherence to rollout schedules along with validation of implementation completeness.
• Monitor daily job execution and proactively identify optimization efforts.
