o Experience in Java/J2EE, web application development, Oracle /DB2
o Ability to gather, analyze requirements to design, develop and test software according to the spec.
o Experience with all phases of software development lifecycle
o Good analytical and communication skills
o Client relationship management
o Prioritizes and organizes own work to deliver to agreed deadlines
o Team player
