Description:
· Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science or equivalent experience
· At least 7-10 years of Business/Technical Analysis experience
· Experience working with cross-functional teams that translate internal and external business needs into functional requirements and ultimately deliverable software products
· Experience working with multiple levels of business users
· Ability to fully grasp complex system architectures, including multiple inter-related databases and intricate business rule logic
· Experience with visual prototyping and wireframing techniques to drive user feedback
· Experience in performing thorough gap analysis between multiple processes, systems and products
· Strong analytical and requirements documentation skills
· Strong negotiation and leadership skills
· Strong ability to interact with multiple client contacts
· Experience in consistently meeting project deliverable deadlines
· Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communications, including strong presentation skills
· Proactive and eager to learn and contribute to new and emerging technologies, processes, and products
· Comfortable working independently as well as on a team
· Experience in working with current technology including mobile solutions
· Experience in working for a commercial software company
· Experience in project management methodologies
· Experience in operational role desirable
· Understanding of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry desirable
