Description:

 

• 5+ years' experience in integrating security and IAM products 
• Knowledge of identity stores (LDAP, Active Directory, relational databases,application servers, virtual directory servers, and physical access+ management systems.)
• At least 3 years previous consulting experience
• 3 years' experience with complex IAM products (such as NetIQ Access Manager, Oracle Access Manager, CA Siteminder)
  Working knowledge of LDAP and directory structures

 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading and creating Identity & Access Management (IAM) technical delivery of IAM components.
• Components include solutions for authentication, authorization, identity provisioning, role based access control, physical security, and audit and monitoring solutions.
• Responsible for ensuring appropriate collection and analysis of technical functional requirements based on IAM use cases and expectations.Responsible for generating delivery documentation such as technical requirement design documents, Visio diagrams, and technical component presentations.Ensures technical strategy alignment of standard client SDLC (System Development Life Cycles) project execution frameworks.
• Works closely with Project/Program Manager to identify key IAM technical components as aligned to project requirements, assist in prioritizing development efforts, catalog IAM component to project requirements, and assign them to project use cases and sprints.
• Conducts in depth technical IAM research, needs assessments and performance analysis to support, design, and develop new technical IAM components.
• Identifies technical stakeholders, and provides effective training and mentoring to maximize leadership and consulting effectiveness, client learning and overall project team productivity.
