Job Description:

The critical skills are:

1. Working with diverse application teams to test, verify functionality, and validate system performance post migration.

2. Experience in migrating Oracle databases onto Exadata platform.

3. Experience or understanding of Oracle DB Vault and Audit Vault.

4. Proven ability to keep project teams on task and work through complex issues that create delays.

5. Ability to adjust schedule and define/ articulate trade-offs.

6. Experience in escalating as appropriate to leadership.  Strong, fact based communication skills.
