Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 8 + years
Technical/Functional Skills : The candidate should be proficient in the following
• 8+ years of working with Oracle EBS R12 EBS Functional experience in a consulting environment in the Procure to Pay (P2P) spaceincluding iProcurementas a SME.
• Proficient with leading practices in Procure to Pay (P2P) including globalization, centralization and process outsourcing.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle e-Business suite in a global multi-organization and multi-ledger environment and understanding how EBS integrates with other boundary systems.
• Knowledge of the underlying PO and AP tables, integration points and technology processes are critical to success in this role.
• Experience with eBusiness Tax Implementation and Integration with 3rd party Tax Software
• Knowledge of GL, AR, FA and FAH/SLA is a plus
• Prepare Oracle Set up documentations using Oracle AIM Methodology (BR100, MD050, MD070 and CV040);
• Good Communication - Mandatory
• Offshore Coordination - Mandatory
• Perform role of Lead/SME – Mandatory
Experience Required : 8 + years
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Requirements gathering and its analysis
• Interacting with business users, understanding their requirement and fixing gaps
• Participation in Global Workshop design sessions and run workshops related to Purchasing (PO)
• Review of functional specifications to provide clarity and functional understanding for the development team
• Review of as-is technical documentation and gap analysis against standards
• Review and approve all technical design specifications and unit test results and testing FRICEW components
• Definition of the development standards, conversion strategy and Interface Technical Approach
• Perform Project Manager tasks to ensure progress against the schedule, track project financials, manage staffing requirements, identify and mitigate risks and address any issues
• Perform Day-to-day management/liaison between the off-shore development team, the onsite team and the client support teams
• Deliver status updates and prepare weekly and bi-weekly status reports to be reviewed by the senior leadership and client executives.
