Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
• At least 5 years total experience as Business Analyst
• Good knowledge of SQL developer and understand and write SQL queries
• Good Functional knowledge of various modules of healthcare domain,claims settlement,340B
• Expertise in Performing definition of user functional requirements by translating development and/or maintenance requirements into specifications; creates data file and database designs.
• Strong business analysis skills and an understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) utilizing Rational Unified Process (RUP), Agile: XP, Scrum.
• Worked extensively with Rational Rose, Use Cases and Test Scripts and delivered Functional Specifications and Software Requirement Specification (SRS).
• Expertise with UML tools, applied for developing Use Case Diagrams, Activity and Sequence diagrams.
• Excellent skills in writing Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, Systems Design Specification, Workflows and diagramming skills for drawing UML diagrams such as State diagrams and Class diagrams."
Roles and responsibility "• Understand Functional/Technical Requirements.
• Performing the data analysis using SQL queries
• Create Functional Requirement Document after having discussion with business and present it to the whole team
• Preparing Use Case Diagrams,Activity and Sequence diagrams
• Should work extensively on the MS Office,Visio and Rational rose
• Participate in onsite and offshore call
• Able to work with Business users and understand requirement.
• Ability to take ownership and initiative"
