1.    Technical skills: Hands on, actual project work experience on following-
- Drools, Core Java, JSP,JQUERY, Ext-JS, HTML

2.    Excellent communication skills, self-driven

3.    Experience: - 6+ years   

Basic PL/SQL - Desirable
Good verbal and written communication skills    
Onshore/offshore experience
