Job Description:--
"HR senior functional consultant Ideal candidate should have :8-10 years of SAP HCM experience. Able to function as a Senior Solution Architect Able to do requirement gathering, Solution designing Front ending with Business and also guide the team Knowledge of all the latest HCM modules including LSO, Time evaluation, ESS/MSS. Payroll interfacing. Good to have if he has knowledge of Nakisa and Taleo Should have excellent communication skills Good client interfacing experience Should be willing to work in UK shifts SAP HR Functional Good to have : Nakisa and Taleo
Roles and Responsibilities:
Individual has in-depth knowledge in any one technological or industry practice area and overview of 2-3 other areas. Individual handles solution definition/fitment for a small sized project with a medium complexity. In case of domain consultant individual requires high level of Business Analysis skills and may have 7-8 BAs reporting into the individual. In case of Technical Consultant the individual is a subject matter expert and may work with Functional/Technical Leads and Architects to contribute in solution definition.
