Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 3-5 years
Technical/Functional Skills : Current Windows MCSE certification
Experience Required : Experienced in –
Proactive, with good attention to detail and has excellent communication skills.
Technically proficient with Windows Server 2003; Windows XP; Windows tools, configuration, navigation
Experience with Symantec Endpoint Protection, Windows Update Service (WSUS)
Experience with and proficient at scripting
Experience with Altiris or other wireless device management tool, Windows Mobile
Knowledge of –
Clear understanding of networking and wireless environments
Roles & Responsibilities : Provide on-call support and resolve Retail Store related issues
Generic Managerial Skills : Excellent written and oral communication skills
Interact with client managers on a daily basis and provide overall status of the application health
Coordinate with the offshore team
Education : Bachelors
