Role: Performance Tester
Location: Toronto, Canada
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:
Experience in Performance Test Engineering - Devise End-to-End Performance Test Strategy after understanding the Application and Technology landscape.
Detailed Performance Test Planning and tracking.
Analysis of Production logs and net tracker for deriving the best performance model.
Experience in minimum 4 protocols of LoadRunner.
Experience in 2 or more tools like JMeter, Neoload, SilkPerformer, VSTS
Planning the execution cycles with appropriate backup/restore strategies
Monitoring at all tiers of application Web, Application and Database tier minimum.
Diagnosing monitor at 4 levels viz Infrastructure, OS platform, Server platform and Application.
Application Profiling expertise either on JVM (or) CLR including stack trace, memory management, CPU cycles, thread of execution.
Preparing detailed performance test report with level-1, level-2 and level-3 observations (on transaction counters, server hardware performance counters, Mid-tier and database
