Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
6+ years of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) experience in the configuration, customization, usage, troubleshooting of sub-modules:
+ Compliance Management
--Master Data of compliance, defining import/export controls, control grouping at country levels, legal regulations, licencesof import and export, sanctioned party lists,
--Product classification, data uploads by MKData of commodity codes, searching upload logs, entering search conditions, maintaining customs product data, classification with the worklist, analyzying and trouble shooting the product classifications, re-classifications, transfer BOMs
--Sanctioned Party List screeing with worklists for logistics, Financial accoutnting, and HCM. SPL Master data, troubleshooting blocking and unblocking.
--Legal Control: Define Legal regulations for import/exports, managing licenses, master data, configuration, license determination strategy, troubleshooting, monitoring and troubleshooting the blocked documents, Embargo checks.
--Custom report maintenance, with BAdI maintenance
+ Customs Management
--Customs Import declaration, Export Declration, Customs duty calculations, Printing technology, blocking and unblocking, Enhanced reports and Enhanced BAdIs.
--Product Classifications, numbering schemas for commodity codes, HTS codes, classification worklists, monitoring and troubleshooting
--Customs document maintenance, cancellation, BAdI implementation,
+Risk Management
--Preference Processing, manage LTVD, Bill of Products, Printing preference document,
--Managing Vendor based LTVD and Preference determination per NAFTA rules.NAFTA understanding is must.
--Support Business functions during NAFTA runs end of the year and begining of the year.
--Support custom transactions and enhance for new geographies
Particpate in the GTS Upgrade to 10.1 from 10.0, to do smoke test, unit test and integration test to regression testing, liasing with Business team across the globe for GTS touchpoints with other processes such as Source To Pay, Order to Cash and Finance to Manage.
Ability to manage the High Priority, and Ugent incidents to the resolution, and fixing the errors with the documentation is one of the expectations.
Working with onsite/offshore model, working with different geographies, and keeping GTS available to all the users.
Providing Process Improvements, and Enahance the GTS by bringing the best practices, Problem Management and Issue Management with GTS specific incidents is desirable attributes.
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills Excellent Communication skills, and ability to work on onsite/offshore support model, working with offshore team providing them Knowledge Transfers, and guide them to take care of GTS related issues.
Coordinating with other process streams such as Order to Cash, Source To Pay and Finance to Manage to closely resolve the problems/errors/incidents.
Prior work expericnce and background in SAP SD, MM, Logistics Executions - Shipments.
Ability to work with ABAP developers and prior konwledge on customizing GTS in terms of BAdIs, Reports, Pritinging Forms (Adobe), and user Exits in ECC.
Total experience in required skill (years) 6+ on GTS, 2-3 years in SD, MM
