Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
• 10+ years of experience in IT
• 5+ years of experience with Managing .NET development projects in an Agile/SCRUM Methodology
• 3+ years of experience in leading and mentoring team
Experience in documenting and working with Business teams in analyzing the systems
• Technical team management experience including offshore team members
• Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Airline domain experience a plus
PMP Certification is preferred
• Hands on development in Microsoft technologies and Performance tuning aspects
Roles and responsibility Responsible for overall engagement in Technical Operations IT
Lead the of Team
Work with the application development teams throughout the development life cycle
Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks
Develop and maintain Project Plans, Status Reporting, Issue and Risk Management
Coordinating cross team resources
Manage analysis, design, development, testing and deployment activities including Defect management
Good written and oral communication
SQL knowledge and Microsoft stack experience needed
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills Work with different teams – Business, Solutions – to Implement .NET solutions with complete considerations on Infrastructure capability, performance, supportability to achieve end user business results.
