Job Description:
The Agile Product Owner/Technical Product Manager is responsible for partnering with the Product Management to help understand, prioritize and define the customer and business needs, while working as a member of an Agile development team. The product owner is expected to develop understanding of the cloud migration space and drive day to day requirements of the product.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Collaborate with the Product Management team to understand the customer, business and market needs
- Translate the customer, business and market needs into product requirements
- Work within an Agile development team to document features and understand and optimize functionality
- Manage the product life cycle from conception through release and beyond
- Evaluate and prioritize features
- Evaluate and invent new product ideas
- Enjoy spending time in the market to understand the opportunities or issues, and find innovative solutions
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree (Master's/MBA a plus)
- Min 7+ years' experience as a business analyst/development manager/technology architect/product manager in a product company
- Understanding of cloud computing
- Strong analytically, technical, verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and track multiple tasks to successful completion
- A team player who can work flexible hours
Job Level Specific Duties
• Instructs, directs, and checks the work of other team members.
• Coaches, motivates and guides team members.
• Utilizes best practice processes around work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance.
• Builds relationships with customers to improve services and ensure service levels are being met.

• Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
• Creates business process flow charts for customer and technical review.
Minimum Education and Certifications
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Graduate degree preferred.

• Advanced knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture. Advanced analytical / problem solving skills.
• Advanced ability to identify and evaluate existing and potential IT and business challenges.
• Exceptional influencing and communication skills. Exceptional ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources. Advanced client service skills and leadership capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions
• Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
