Project Manager

Duration: 12 Months (Contract to Hire)

Location: Columbus, OH 43240

Rate: $45-50/hr C2C/1099 MAX

Industry: Banking & Finance

 

Experience/Skill Sets:

·       Strong, assertive, with experience managing large scale projects and/or releases engaging other lines of business.

·       Minimum 10-12 years of IT Project Management experience required (managing projects between 2mm – 5mm) with a proven track record in managing large scale projects across multiple functional areas.

·       Ability to coordinate projects with an assertive, consultative, style.

·       Proven experience in creating efficiencies that heavily contribute to multiple projects.

·       Experience with projects in multiple technologies, functions and/or industries.

·       Must be flexible and able to work in deadline driven, fast paced environment.

·       Experience managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups.

·       Knowledge of outsourcing methodologies and operating models.

·       Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the organization.

·       Ability to develop presentation materials and deliver presentations to different audiences and levels of management in an effective manner.

·       Direct experience or exposure to working with Financial Applications and experience with application development processes and development techniques a plus.

·       Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills.

·       Preferred PMP certification.

Key competencies:

·       Infrastructure project expertise preferred.

·       SAP project management expertise preferred.
