BA should have more than 5 years of experience and having prior work experience with utility organisation
Job Location : Boise
- Ability to support and manage single handedly SAP CRM Landscape
- Excellent functional knowledge of SAP CRM in utilities domain particularly Customer service area
- Good understanding of SAP CRM interaction 7.0 (ICWeb)
- Knowledge of Configuration of SAP CRM transaction types and good understanding of profiles associated with it
- Good knowledge of Master Data ,
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior associates.
