• Seasoned, SSA level (not necessarily certified) developers
• Minimum of five years of PRPC experience doing both design and hands on development
o I do not want a developer that has only done production support, I was full SDLC experience
• Insurance experience is a plus, but not having that will not rule out the candidate
• Superb communication skill is a must
• Local candidates (IL area) would be preferred, but not mandatory
