Reference Data Business Analyst
Jersey City, NJ
We need somebody who has worked on Reference data platform/application (buy side/sell side) and not a downstream user:
a. Worked with at least some of the Vendor feeds like Bloomberg back-office, Bloomberg per-security, Reuters datascope, Reuters 3000Xetra
b. Worked on at least some of the Asset classes – Equities, Fixed Income (Corporate bonds, Treasuries, Mortgages), Futures & Options (Listed derivatives)
i. Understand the attributes of different financial instruments
ii. Good if has knowledge of pricing data as well (End of day pricing, Time series etc.)
c. Product knowledge is a plus – Asset Control, Goldensource, Eagle PACE etc..
d. Somebody who is hands-on with data
e. Understands how golden copy is created from vendor feeds
f. Can compare Golden copy data with Vendor data as part of analysis and solutioning"--
