Sr. Java Alfresco Developer
Culver City, CA
8-12 Months Contract

Skills:
Strong Alfresco experience (version 3.x and 4.x), strong J2EE/servlet/spring/hibernate experience, strong problem solving skills, UNIX, Strong coordination and communication skills, experience with offshore coordination
Responsibilities:
· Work on Development/Enhancements requests
· Provide Production support on critical issues (as needed)
· Providing Estimates on enhancement requests
· Requirements Gathering and clarification
· Resolution of any critical technical issue
· Review/suggest/implement Alfresco architecture/design request
· Analyze Functional Spec and seek clarifications if any from Business
· Able to prioritize request
· UAT coordination with business
· Discussion with client managers on technical issues/designs/ideas/improvements etc
· End to end management of technical documents preparation and review
· Coordination with Infrastructure teams on the daily basis (DBA/Unix admin etc)
· End to end review of test cases and work with business on approvals
· Coordination with cross function team for integration testing
· Prepare and review Implementation plan for any major releases/enhancement
· Attend Change Control meetings
· Coordinate Deployment with all relevant teams
· Onsite-offshore calls for regular updates and project status
· Any architecture level decisions and discussion with client manager
