• Extensive experience in developing Business Objects reports
• Advanced SQL coding skills
• Solid understanding of Data Modeling concepts
• Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Retail related data warehousing experience a plus
• Hands on development in Business Objects reporting and Performance tuning

• Stay current with emerging industry trends
• Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks
• Create/Update Business Objects Universe as per the requirements
• Create/Update Business Objects reports
• Good written and oral communication
• SQL knowledge and performance tuning experience needed
