Job Description
* SAP BASIS experience 7 years + Technical Skills Basis administration of ECC 6 , Netweaver 7.3, Solution Manager 7.1, PI 7.3, BI 7.3, SCM, CRM Landscape management and Solution design Experience in full life cycle implementations/roll outs from new installs configuration thru go-live upgrades, migrations and Enhancement Pack upgrades
* AS ABAP and AS JAVA based systems Experience in SAP System Performance tuning, Root cause analysis, EWA report analysis resolution.
* Planning and execution of System Copy/ Refresh, Landscape restart activities Solution Manager - Earlywatch reports, SMD, MOPZ, CCMS configuration Client Administration, client refresh, client deletion, client export/import Experience in Database administration (Oracle and MaxDB in) Experience with Unix and Windows based operating along with knowledge of SQL and shell scripting.
* OSS Marketplace handling, SNOTE applications
* Must have experience in working 24*7 Onsite-Offshore model
* Should have team management experience for at least 2 year.
* Handling customer escalations, workload management Strong team lead experience, inter-personal, analytical, coaching, communication problem solving skill Strong experience in project planning, effort analysis, requirement analysis, technical designing and presentation..
