Job Responsibilities
1.8-12 years" experience in SAP BI / BW and worked on the latest releases of the product
2.Full cycle implementation experience of atleast 2 implementations preferably involving SAP Treasury / FSCM components
3.Should be able to design complex reports based on user requirements and well versed with performance optimization aspects in BI
4.Should be able to advise the client on the standard BI content available for specific SAP modules and readily able to develop custom reports as required
5.Should have experience in working with multiple SAP systems landscape where there are multiple production instances of SAP tightly integrated with each other and providing data to BI system
6.Exposure to other SAP technical components like ABAP, portal and BI will be an additional advantage
7.Knowledge on HANA platform will be additional advantage
Job Responsibilities
*Work with business users to understand business requirements and facilitate technical solution in designing integration efforts to meet user needs.
*Provide technical expertise and guidance in developing complex BI reports involving starndard objects or customized content based on user requirements
*Strong analytical and data mining skills. Candidate should be able to visualize the reporting requirements based on user feedback
*Interact with SAP functional teams to evaluate functional needs and identify technical solutions.
*Prepare detailed design for BI reporting
*Should be well versed with the latest features available in BI and able to utilize the solution features to the maximum
*Assist functional team in defining optimized reporting processes and help document the solution blueprint
*Provide effort estimates for the actual implementation
*Lead user workshops and conduct formal presentations to communicate proposals, methodology, development plans, and deliverable status reports.
*Provide technical resolution and advisory services to technical issues
*Develop test plans, test scripts and coordinate entire end to end testing efforts for SAP development.
*Develop cutover and go live plans to realize SAP solutions.
*Prepare knowledge transfer documents for all SAP technical solutions implemented in the program.
Project Skills
*Possess excellent communication skills and provide timely status updates.
*Possess excellent analytical skills and able to proactively suggest technical solutions in a self-driven environment
*Ability to collaborate, communicate and coordinate effectively with team members.
*Handle multiple assignments and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
*Must be able to identify resource requirements and derive work effort estimates.
*Accept directions and adhere to PET-ICT Project Management Methodology.
*Project a strong professional image and possess strong technical expertise
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science preferred.
Expeience on SAP Treasury / FSCM modules desirable
