· 2+ years experience utilizing AngularJS, NodeJS
· 3+ years experience functioning in an Agile-based scrum hybrid/iterative development environment
· Strong verbal and written communications skills
· B.S. Computer Science or equivalent preferred
1 Sr. Technical Scrum master ( Prefer GC/USC)
· 10+ years IT experience
· 7+ years leading and facilitating agile/iterative scrum teams in complex enterprise development environments
· 5+ years Scrum master experience functioning in world-class Java-based development initiatives
· 2+ years Scrum master experience in a TDD environment
· Strong understanding of Agile best practices and techniques with ability to mentor and coach
· Successful track record functioning in large-scale, multi-vendor development environments
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Scrum master Certification highly preferred
· B.S. Computer Science or equivalent preferred
Looking for a Senior PM who has the following experience in addition to the regular strong PM skills :
· Working closely with IT group
· About 8 years+ of Project Manager/PMO experience
· Experience with Waterfall an d Agile
· Leadership skills
· Experience working in partnership with various departments
· Technical skills
· Industry knowledge ( investments/financials/wealth mgmt.…..etc.).
· Team player
· PM that is ready to roll up their sleeves and work closely with the team to deliver high profile strategic initiatives
· Experience creating and presenting for Senior management
· Has experience creating, managing a plan and tracking action items, issues, risks and decisions etc.… ( not someone that relies on project coordinators to do this)
