Sr. Level SAP Security/GRC resource w/a strong understanding of SOX compliance.
They are currently neck deep in SOX remediation, and need someone who is well versed in Security/GRC/SOX.
This resource will be a Sr. Level resource who is capable of leading, but this is not a lead role.
Day to day for this resource will be to identify risks and controls extend those controls w/in Security/GRC, update the rule sets w/in GRC 10.1, execution and modification of controls, and looking at SAP to access approvals/changes per SOX (i.e. determining what is the impact?).
They will conduct security audits (SOX) and address the gaps identified; evolve policies, procedures SLAs for in accordance with SOX; established SAP access approval/change processes per SOX/audit requirements.
Having Process Control w/in GRC is VERY nice to have.
They have core ECC system w/SRM, CRM, BW HANA.
Candidate do not need to have knowledge w/in that entire suite, but having experience in as many as possible will help significantly (NO HANA necessary).
Team currently consists of the Manager and a FTE he's trying to move to a lead role to manage his team.
They are in the process of an upgrade from GRC 5.3 to 10.1.
So they definitely want someone who has 10.1 and can stay on after the SOX component of the project.
