·         Proficient in marketing bench consultants in various IT Technologies

·         Good in Vendor Management & work through 3rd party staffing companies to locate and pre-qualify IT professionals

·         Good knowledge in Corp-to-Corp, 1099 & W2.

·         Placing bench candidates nationwide for contract and project based positions.

·         Review and format resumes, qualify bench candidates and negotiate rates.

·         Build strong network of clients and vendors for bench placements.

·         Gain market intelligence, leverage existing talent pool for referrals and contacts.

·         Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google,

·         Free Job Sites etc. to source C2C requirements.

·         Must have good experience in cold calling, rate negotiation and also need to have good convincing and closing skills.

·         Effective in selling strategies with US clients to meet the business targets

·         Reaching out for the maximum number of requirements open in the market

·         Ability to work under pressure and should meet deadlines
