Job Description:
Role: Analyst, Developer Specialty
Experience Required: 10+ years
We are looking for those who are responsible for the provisioning of any IT development, analysis, Information management (DBA), or QA requiring specialized knowledge of a niche technology.
Must Have:
• Recent Archer GRC configuration.
• Buying off the shelf software and re-configuring to fit needs.
• More than 3 years of configuring experience with Archer GRC.
• Using version 5.5 and upgrading to version 6.
• Need more of Archer hands-on experience like assessments, workflow configurations, understanding of data linkages, usage of on-demand applications.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Modify existing databases and database management systems.
• Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions.
• Work as part of a project team to coordinate database development and determine project scope and limitations.
• Review project requests describing database user needs to estimate time and cost required to accomplish project.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide system administration functions, technical leadership, and coordinated support to software configuration lifecycle of Archer GRC application.
• Provide periodic vision, roadmap, project prioritization, and release management information, as well as, support for escalation of critical application functionality related issues.
• Provide business analysis, input to project plans, perform requirements gathering, recommendations, documentation, vendor package implementation, and support the growth of our technology & Operational risk GRC platform.
• Provide oversight for architecture, projects, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Provide system testing, quality assurance, and other related functions as it relates to system development life cycle.
Skills and Competencies:
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue.
• Knowledge of XML, Java, JSP and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of computer development software as it relates to systems, such as SQL, VisualBasic, etc.
Education:
High School Degree and Bachelors degree in computer science/software engineering/relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
Job Duration: 12+ Months
