Dynatrace, Performance Tuning Oracle-SQL DB, Weblogic/Tomcat.
Job Description:
• TomCat/Weblogic tuning, Java Programming/tuning, PL SQL programming/tuning experience.
• Prepare strategy and test Design; Solid experience in preparation and execution of Performance test scripts
• Experience in tools like Jmeter, DynaTrace (or other APM Tools) for Web/App and DB layers
• Working knowledge in debugging of performance scripts, identification of performance bottlenecks using drill down analysis using APM tools; Interaction with various stake holders for performance issue resolution
• Performance Engineering of large transaction processing systems
• Proficiency in Performance Testing, profiling and monitoring tools

Position : Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition
Location : San Antonio, Texas
Skill set :
Experience level 8-10 years.
1) Experienced with WDE Developer (Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition erstwhile IWS (Interaction Workspace. Experience customizing WDE using C#))
2) C#, Prism, Genesys eServices, Genesys routing, Genesys SDK
3) Configured tool for incoming call center environment
4) Able to choose best option (OOTB, Customization) rather following either of one
5) Experienced with GVP (Genesys Voice Portal)
6) Experienced with eServices (email) – mandatory
Person should have hands on experience with above mentioned area rather than experienced on a Support/Admin role.
